Are you an experienced leader with a strategic mindset, ready to drive success across multiple regions? Northern Gas Heating Ltd, a key entity within the Senapt Group, is seeking a dynamic National Canvas Manager to lead our regional canvassing operations across the UK, based primarily in Wolverhampton.

Key Responsibilities:

• National Leadership: Direct and manage the recruitment, training, and operational activities of regional canvass teams in the North East, North West, Midlands, M5/M4 Corridor, and South of England.
• Team Building: Partner with regional managers and our in-house recruitment team to establish and sustain high-performing remote teams in each region.
• Training & Development: Design and implement robust training programs, ensuring regional teams are well-prepared to achieve their targets. Provide ongoing support, both remotely and from our Wolverhampton headquarters.
• Operational Management: Oversee all administrative functions, including payroll, performance tracking, and management of sweep staff across the regions.
