Your peace of mind is important to us and before the installation takes place we’ll call and give you the name of your engineer and time of arrival. For added security we can even arrange a password and we promise that our engineers will treat your home with same respect and consideration they give to their own. They will explain everything they’re going to do, answer any questions you may have and when the system is installed, they won’t leave until you have complete understanding of how to use the system
Step Four
Our reputation is built on customer recommendations, which is why we always call you after the installation is complete to check you are completely happy with everything
