This role requires someone with a minimum 2 years proven experience working within a fast moving organisation well versed in cold call generation. We’ll be providing you with ‘warm’ enquiries, gained from our various marketing initiatives, from customers who have actively contacted us to enquire after our services. You’ll be managing a small team responsible for processing all incoming enquiries, ensuring that all criteria are met before arranging dates for sales representatives. Confirming that dates and times are correct prior to sales representative visits and accurately providing customer details including route planning.
You’ll need to have the confidence to organise the daily running of the department, prioritising workloads to best meet demands. Looking after 15 field sales representatives your brief will be to ensure each is kept busy with 3 appointments per day, 6 days per week. With upwards of 1000 customers actively contacting us each month your prime function will be to optimise how these enquiries are best handled and to successfully turn them into visits for our sales team. The role is fast and challenging requiring the need to think on your feet in order to keep sales teams constantly fed.
An essential aspect of the role is the ability to be forward thinking, working proactively in generating strategies for the future development of the department and in the production of regular department reports for management briefings.
The role is office based, reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for hitting agreed targets and as such a large part of the salary package will be bonus driven.

This role requires someone adept at calling customers. Ideally you will have worked in a similar environment and have experience in working accurately while handling our sales enquiries. Duties in the main will include assisting the Sales Appointment Supervisor in all aspects of the points listed above.
