Team Leader - Telemarketing

Telemarketing/Telesales professional is required to proactively identify sales opportunities for National Central Heating Sales department. You will be responsible for formalising telephone lead generation campaigns and targeted on lead generation/qualification. This is a supervisory role overseeing a team of telemarketing executives.

Main Job tasks

  • Supervision of up to 10 telemarketers.
  • Generating leads for sales departments
  • Following up all marketing lead generation campaigns
  • Presenting results to sales personnel on a weekly basis at Sales Meeting
  • Working closely with marketing to review and improve campaigns.
  • Responsibility for databases, particularly leads database plus constant updating.

 

Qualities required

  • At least 2 years telemarketing/telesales experience within similar sales market
  • Used to working to targets
  • Good telephone manner and confidence
  • General good education - numerate and literate
  • Energetic and enthusiastic team player.

 

Remuneration

Competitive salary: Bonus structure based on leads quality and numbers of leads generated.
